✅ Terms & Conditions for Jersey Orders
1. Advance Payment
- 80% of the total order value must be paid in advance to initiate production.
- The remaining 20% balance must be cleared before delivery of the final products.
2. Design Confirmation
- Final design will be shared for approval.
- Once the customer confirms the design, no further changes will be accepted.
- Production will begin only after the approval of the final design.
3. Production & Delivery Timeline
- Delivery will be made within a minimum of 12 working days from the date of design confirmation.
- In case of unavoidable delays (fabric or printing issues), we will notify in advance.
4. Design Accuracy
- We strive to match your approved design as closely as possible.
- Due to printing and fabric limitations, 90%–95% accuracy is achievable.
- A 100% match is not guaranteed in terms of color shades, fabric stretch, or finish.
5. Cancellation & Refund
- Once production begins, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
